New Hope’s Sunday morning worship service seeks to thank God for the divine love we experience daily and ask God to provide encouragement to those who are involved in the work of caring for their neighbors and the planet, as well as spiritual refreshment for those who are weary.

It reminds us of the nature and power of God, and allows us an opportunity to join with others in worshiping our creator. The blessing we receive during Sunday service carries us through the week.

Communion

At New Hope, Christ's table is open to all. Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month and on special days such as Maundy Thursday, Easter, and Christmas Eve. Our practice is, for those who are able, to come to the table to be served. The elements are taken to those who are unable to come forward.

Children

Children are welcome in all worship services. If children get restless, there is an area in the back of the church where children can quietly engage in church-related activities and crafts.
